We will come to your facility and calibrate your machines, and assist you in creating and implementing a comprehensive "Predictive Maintenance" program. We are able to generate a "Footprint" of you machines performance after calibration and then quickly compare current performance to this Footprint.

Moving machinery around your plant?  We can determine if the move caused any inaccuracies in the machines geometry!

Laser Calibration

We offer a complete Laser Interferometer based machine tool calibration. We can evaluate you machine for linear displacement, backlash, straightness, and squareness.

 

Ball Bar Performance Evaluation

A telescoping Ball Bar is used to determine the dynamic performance of any 2 perpendicular CNC controlled axis. Squareness, slop, lateral motion, scale mis-match, servo mis-match, and cyclic error are measured and recorded.

 

ANSI B.5.54 Analysis

We offer Machine Tool Performance Analysis according to the ANSI Standard B.5.54 (short Test) This standard explains how to determine thy dynamic performance of CNC Machining Centers. Both a Laser Interferometer, and a Telescoping Ball Bar is used to establish the performance characteristics of the machine.
