A telescoping Ball Bar is used to determine the dynamic performance of any 2 perpendicular CNC controlled axis. Squareness, slop, lateral motion, scale mis-match, servo mis-match, and cyclic error are measured and recorded.

We can perform the tests on a per machine basis, or provide the necessary equipment and train your personnel, giving you the ability to do it in house!  A basic Ball Bar (Less Computer) starts at Less Than $8,000.00!!  Training Costs are $110.00 per hour (plus expenses if required) for up to 4 people at you facility, on your machines!
