The Quick Vision Hybrid consists of both a high accuracy CCD camera system as well as a laser scanning probe.  The CCD camera affords vision based measurement while the laser allows high speed, high accuracy height measurements. The laser probe can be retracted during standard optical measurement.

The Quick Vision Accel offers high speed dimensional measurement. Designed with a primary focus on measurement efficiency, the machine adopts a more rigid construction and drives the X and Y axes at 400 mm / sec. High speed in no way compromises accuracy. The Accel provides U1 = (2.2 + 3L/1000)um Guaranteed!

The moving bridge design eliminates the need for a moving stage. This facilitates greatly simplified fixturing, resulting in a reduction of the man hours required for fixture design as well as measurement.

This design also allows for a significantly reduced footprint. All of the Accel series of machines require far less floor space that their competition. You have room for an Accel!

The Quick Vision Ultra has to be one of the finest, most accurate vision based measuring systems available anywhere! The Ultra minimizes straightness errors via the use of an air bearing style linear guide system. The 0.01um resolution glass scale is manufactured at an ultra-precision facility located ELEVEN METERS underground!

The stated measuring accuracy is:

                U1 = (0.3 + L/1000)um (X and Y axes)

                U1 = (3 + 2L/1000)um (Z axis)

                                                                        U2 = (0.5 + 2L/1000)um (X - Y plane)

                                                                          L = Distance between any 2 arbitrary points
